Get Marrakech is a tour operator and fully authorized company, and will give a more personal level of service. Therefore, it is a combination of comfort and authenticity. We offer package trips all over the country. Besides, Morocco has many historic palaces, Medina, Oasis and Kasbah. Morocco has become the first choice for many travelers all around the globe due the high level of enjoyment within our great vacations which are full of history, wonders, means of entertainment, adventures, squares and nature too.

Reservation:

By booking a tour with Get Marrakech (referred to in these conditions as “we” or “us”) you will be accepting these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you.

Booking Procedures & Payments:

Once you have agreed on the quoted itinerary and price, we will raise a detailed itinerary and invoice with payment details. So, your booking will be confirmed after we receive the initial 20% deposit of your invoice. Therefore, we accept payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Visa, and MasterCard.

  • -20% Initial deposit.
  • -Remaining balance to be paid locally on the first day to our staff.

Changes to your booking:

You can change your booking date provided contact us as soon as possible and confirm with us your request in writing email, with no additional charges. However, traveling within 15 days of the start of your trip might not be feasible. Again, we will try to accommodate you so there are no extra charges, but we can not guarantee it. If changes are not possible to make in your booking, for whatever reason, you have the choice of proceeding with your holidays originally booked or canceling and paying the cancellation charges as mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy:

Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your travel arrangements in writing. The cancellation charge is contingent on the number of the days we have received your written cancellation notice prior to the start of your travel.

  • – You can cancel your tour up to 15 days in advance of the experience for a full refund before the adventure start time.
  • – Cancellation of any tour made less than 14 days before the activity date will receive 0% refund.
  • – Cut-off times are based on the Moroccan local time.
  • – If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Special Requests:

Any special requirements that are important to your booking (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance, or others) must be provided to us before you book in writing. In other words, if there are special requests we are unable to meet, we will advise you in writing before booking your trip. Please, let us know of any preferences that you may have while making the reservation (hotel locations, bed configurations, etc.) Thus, we will try to accommodate all your requests. No compensation will be paid if such requests cannot be fulfilled.

Insurance:

We do not provide any insurance. So, it is your full responsibility to obtain appropriate holiday travel insurance. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to have travel insurance in case of illness, cancellation, baggage lost, delays and others.

Travel Documentation:

You are responsible for ensuring the possession of valid required travel documents. Your passport must be valid for 6 months prior to entering the country. It is the sole responsibility of the tour participant to ensure that all passport and visa requirements are met prior departure.

Child Policy:

  • – Children 5yrs and under travel FREE.
  • – Children 10yrs and under travel with a 50% reduction.
